With panoramic views of the Paarlberg mountains, the clubhouse is the social hub of the Estate community, providing a relaxed, yet upmarket setting for golfers, residents and visitors. The terrace and bar overlook the 9th and 18th greens and are the perfect venues for sundowners. The Clubhouse also includes the Valley Restaurant, golfers lounge, Spa, hairdresser, Golf Shop and locker rooms.

Reuben’s & Co Café, the latest restaurant in the impressive portfolio of acclaimed South African chef Reuben Riffel, is located at The Yard lifestyle centre situated in the heart of Val de Vie Estate. Seasonal, health-conscious dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients grown organically on Val de Vie Estate and surrounding farms.

The L’Huguenot Vinoteque is home to our exclusive Val de Vie and Polo Club ranges.The Val de Vie collection consists of sophisticated, timeless blends including the Ryk Neethling Premium Blend, The Valley of Life Signature Blend, The Epic Cape blend and Cuvee de Vie MCC. The Polo Club range has three different blends and is a perfect match for any palate, including Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Chardonnay/Pinot Noir.y.
Equestrian & polo
The estate is a utopia for equestrian lovers, catering for all disciplines with pristine facilities available.
Our warm and welcoming equestrian team assists with private riding lessons, polo lessons, competitive coaching as well as breathtaking outrides. A newly built Riding School is the perfect spot for young equestrian enthusiasts and aspirant polo players to immerse themselves in their love of horses.
Fitness
42 km mountain bike routes, 20 km running and walking trails meander through the estate alongside vineyards, fishing spots next to the Berg River, our world-famous Pearl Valley Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, stables, parks and paddocks, surrounded by 360-degree panoramic views. Early morning and late afternoon, residents on horseback leisurely trot past others taking their beloved dogs for a stroll and those commuting on bikes and golf carts.
Lounge
A warm and inviting ambiance resonates in this intimate venue, perfect for smaller gatherings. A crimson leather couch draws together decor elements inspired by the game of golf. On colder days, guests can gather around the roaring fireplace and on warm summer nights mingle on the private patio.
Tennis court
Two regulation size tennis courts are available, encouraging the Estate’s focus on family fun and healthy living.
The pool
This scenic area is a great place to unwind and relax with friends and family on a sun drenched South African day or the perfect place to escape to the heat of the day, whether you’ve spent it out on the course, rigorously exercising or simply lounging around. At the beautiful members and guest only pool area, one can relax on a lounger or socialize in the pool bar. There is also a kids’ pool complete with water slide in close proximity.
The bar
Overlooking the 9th and18th hole, the Bar is the perfect setting to relax after a game of golf and watch a perfect sunset on Pearl Valley Golf Estates. With multiple Flat screens, the bar is the place to be should there be a sporting fixture on TV. The bar not only offers a wide variety of single malts, wines as well as beers, but also has its own snack menu which changes every so often.
Camelot spa
In the club house there is a Camelot Spa where you can spoil yourselves with luxurious spa treatments, massages, skin treatments, beauty treatments and a lot more.
The Boma
Situated on the banks of the Berg River, this rustic, outdoor venue can accommodate up to 150 people. It’s a great place for early morning walks and special evening events throughout the year. The Boma is perfect for sundowners, picnics and barbeques.
Next to the Boma is the equestrian centre, which provides the ultimate experience for riders of all ages. Appreciate the picturesque setting of Pearl Valley on horseback through the vineyards and hiking paths. Residents are permitted to stable their own horses on the Estate if you have any interest in going on any outrides during your stay.
